Optimum Software was started in late July 1999 as an alternative software company. We specialize in Operating Systems, and software to run on our Operating Systems.  Our goal is to provide software comparable to that produced by major software companies like Microsoft. We are currently operated out of the second floor of the founders home, which makes 2.5 offices. We now make a software partnership with Rock Inc. The partnership is called the "Optimum Sofware/Rock, Inc. Partnership.
